Dark Chocolate & Walnut Browned Butter NYC Cookie

Dark chocolate and walnut cookie dough made with browned butter, topped with a drizzle of dark chocolate and more chopped walnuts. 

The browned butter used in these cookies gives an extra depth of flavour. The method used to gently melt the butter results in a flavour that is nutty, sweet, toasty and reminiscent of caramel hazelnut.

All of our cookies can be re-heated in the microwave or oven for that gooey, just baked taste!
