Browned Butter Carrot Cake Cookie

Thick, soft and chewy carrot cake cookies made with nutty brown butter, pecans, sultanas, freshly grated carrots and spices. Topped with a drizzle of sugar icing. If you like your carrot cake with cream cheese frosting check out my filled carrot cake cookie 🥕🍪

The browned butter used in these cookies gives an extra depth of flavour. The method used to gently melt the butter results in a flavour that is nutty, sweet, toasty and reminiscent of caramel hazelnut.

All of our cookies can be re-heated in the microwave or oven for that gooey, just baked taste!
